However, many report frequent, persistent login problems rendering the app unusable, with some experiencing crashes and slow deposit availability. Password compatibility issues between web and app also frustrate users. Despite good rates and customer service, these technical issues significantly hinder the user experience.

Recent reviews

I don't know what you guys did to your app but it is very clunky does not recognize previous logins and your "chat now" button is in the way. Not to mention you've lowered your rate 1% over the past. Good news if you're reading this, go to Barclays. They are offering much better rate and have a very good and user friendly app!

Citizen Access has been incredibly useful for me to save money and the interest earned has made it very worth it for me. I recommend this for a simple savings account that is FREE and easy to use.
