2025-01-21	SU*****	I have been using this app for the past 2 years, everything was fine till 01/01/2025, I added funds to this account, suddenly when I tried to transfer funds, it says account blocked, in the app it shows account blocked. I have tried to contact through the helpline number, it is really impossible to contact them, there is no reply to the mail. I am not able to make payments through this app when I need it the most. What is happening is beyond imagination.
