I have been using this app for the past 2 years, everything was fine till 01/01/2025, I added funds to this account, suddenly when I tried to transfer funds, it says account blocked, in the app it shows account blocked. I have tried to contact through the helpline number, it is really impossible to contact them, there is no reply to the mail. I am not able to make payments through this app when I need it the most. What is happening is beyond imagination.

I have been using this app for last 2 years,till o1/01/025 it was everything fine,I added this as my salary account, suddenly when I tried to transfer fund, it is saying payment is not allowed by your bank, in app it shows account blocked. I tried to contact through helpline number, It is truly impossible to contact with them, no response to mail. I am not able to pay through this app when I need it most. What ever is happening is beyond imagination.
