This app desperately needs an update. It freezes constantly and adds random extra things to your food diary sometimes. The barcode scanner is rubbish too, 8/10 things can't be found I paid £18 for 3 months but I won't be renewing. It's a shame because it is actually a good eating plan

Avoid. No point in paying for this app as theres nothing they are providing that you can't get for free in multiple other apps. If you're on 40 checks that's equal to 1000 calories. Count them and add your free foods on top. There is no community on the website anymore. You can't copy food to other days like you can with fitness pal. Cant create meals. The favourites option - you still have to manually select each one and it doesn't save the quantity so you have to enter it every time.
