I have lost nearly half a stone in 12 weeks. This could have been more if I was being really strict. To lose more I have renewed my plan and if your BMI is higher, you can adjust the calories. For a free basic weight loss app you won't find an easier one

Strange field editing. When I click backspace it deletes the character as you'd expect but then the cursor goes to the right end of the field. Another bug - I have not yet finished entering yesterday's food so I out the focus on the days at top of display and lick quick add the item ends up in today's date. There's a workaround, but it needed better testing before release. I like the uncluttered view of the app but the UX and content could be better. Bagsy be a beta tester.
