I have been using this app on and off for numerous years. it was great in the beginning, but I've recently just reactivated the app and it is totally useless. Minimal UK foods. I paid an annual subscription but can't upload bar codes or photos to create uk products. I raised a ticket for this and so far, 9 days later, have had no useful communication. Feel I have been totally ripped off and looking at reviews there haven't been any for a few years. Beginning to think this is a scam.
