app doesn't work. i can connect via Bluetooth in my phone's settings, and the app won't recognize the device. my new packtalk edge won't appear in the app in pairing mode, nor will it after i pair in my phone's Bluetooth settings. pretty garbage for such an expensive product. glad you demanded my information in making me make an account to access software updates. what a joke of a company.
