2026-08-20	Jo*****	Many many "device cannot be found". Twice got to "uploading" to 99% then error and it stopped. I have no idea if I got it or not. I can't tell what firmware version I may have. I wasted many many hours. Then I tried the Windows version of the updater and it took forever to download. Then I had to reboot the computer. Then it said to connect Packtalk with computer with the Cardo cable. My computer uses USB3. No matter because even then there's no button to push to start the update.
