Pairing to another rider is a nightmare

I used my cardo for listening to audiobooks and music on longer rides and I love it. Some of my friends just got into motorcycles so for the first time I wanted to talk with someone else while riding. Well big mistake. I used the app to setup the comms with the other riders and my cardo is now useless. I have factory reset it multiple times, however, it keeps getting stuck on the same issue. I can no longer even see it in the app. Every time I try to connect it it says no devices found. Horrible app. Terrible user experience. Would not recommend. I just want to talk to my friends and now I can’t even listen to music.
