The Today tab greets you with a dashboard that uses sticky note flags to show your active project count and how many are due this week, so you always know your immediate workload. Just below those counters, a short recent activity list displays the last three projects you touched, complete with a snippet of the latest notes. A single tap on the floating metallic binder ring button slides open a fresh sheet of paper, letting you create a new project in seconds. The Projects tab holds a searchable, full list of all your work, with each entry appearing as a lined paper card that shows the title, client, and a color-coded index tab on the right edge. Orange tabs highlight deadlines within three days, navy blue marks active projects, and muted gray identifies soft-archived or completed work, so status is visible at a glance. Swipe or tap into any project to edit its details, and if you need to remove it, a satisfying tear-away paper animation confirms the deletion. Soft archiving a project hides it from your active counters while keeping the record intact, giving you a clean workspace without losing history. The Deadlines tab sorts your projects by due date, earliest first, and groups any undated entries at the bottom under a dedicated section, making it simple to prioritize upcoming milestones. Over in the Log tab, a chronological timeline records every creation and update, and tapping any log line takes you directly to that project’s full details. All of your project data lives securely on your device using local storage, so you can work offline without any need for accounts or sign-ins. Tabulae replaces heavy project management tools with a focused, paper-inspired space that feels natural for solo designers, writers, developers, and consultants.
