Brieftone helps independent creatives keep incoming client requests organized as a simple visual desk tray. Each client brief is saved as a small paint sample card with the client name, project title, due date, and current status. From the Today tab you can quickly see active briefs, briefs waiting on a client, and briefs due this week through three desk-sticker counters. The same tab also shows the three most recently added briefs in the front tray so your latest work stays visible. The Briefs tab gives you a searchable stack of all client briefs with text filtering by client or project title and simple status filter chips. You can create a new brief from the Add Brief tab by filling out a clean form and saving it directly into the tray. Every brief can be edited or deleted whenever project details change or a request is no longer needed. The Waiting tab collects only briefs marked as waiting and presents them as faded cards in the middle tray so blocked requests do not crowd your active workspace. A quick action on that tab lets you move a waiting brief back to active when a client responds. Status colors on the cards keep work easy to scan, with mint for new, coral for in progress, amber for waiting, and charcoal for done. Because all records are stored locally on your device, your client briefs remain private and accessible without an account. The app is designed for solo freelance designers, copywriters, illustrators, and independent developers who need a lightweight way to track short client requests. Brieftone removes the weight of complex project tools and replaces it with a focused, tactile visual system that fits the way a creative desk already feels. You can move between the Today, Briefs, Add Brief, and Waiting tabs using the bottom bar for fast everyday workflows.
