2026-04-14	Mi*****	I found a wonderful therapist and psychiatrist!. BUT, I am here due to stress/anxiety and Brightside adds more stress to my life. With my prev ins, I had no copay and Brightside suddenly charged my debit card for months of appts at once - on the same day! I had to wait for them to "investigate" and refund to my checking. Now with my new insurance, they just did the same thing- no charges for months and then hit my debit card with 3 months of charges!

Been trying to get a 1099 out of them for weeks and they don't respond to emails or anything elae. last year they ripped off one of my clients for several months toof payments then ghosted both of us when we tried to rectify it (they acknowledged the error, they just ignored the refund request.) I lost several clients due to Brightside billing issues. They just don't care.

2026-03-29	am*****	Billing resolution ATROCIOUS! My insurance covers first 10visits free. Charged $5 per session which I paid. My father passed, stuck in transit on my way back. Tried to cancel, It failed. Charged $97, I paid. Charged $30, $20 etc and now have a balance of $210. My account locked, out of meds, cant reach my therapist. They finally confirmed my claims were submitted incorrectly. account still not fixed since February. I am in worse shape than b4 I started therapy, stressed, off meds. Thx!!
