However, it suffers from many technical problems: frequent crashes, buggy audiobook playback that stops randomly, poor resume and speed features, and confusing interface. Offline access and connectivity are problematic, with the app often failing to recognize the network or blocking downloaded content without internet. Users find navigation and sorting lacking, waitlist management poor, and overall reliability low. Despite updates, many bugs remain unresolved, making the app frustrating and less functional than predecessors like Axis 360.
