my app all of a sudden won't let me in. I have never had any issues. I have tried to reset my password, uninstall and reinstall it. not working

Overall, the app works well. it doesn't recognize the barcodes on bulk produce. The most annoying thing is that it kept kicking me out and requiring me to log in again which includes the texted passcode each time. If it's going to do that, logging in needs to be a loud simpler.
