App is buggy and unresponsive at times, leading to a black screen or inability to access features.
Subscription renewal without notification or option to cancel has caused frustration among users.
Poor customer service, including slow response times and difficulties in reaching agents for assistance.
Charging issues, including users being billed for subscriptions they did not use and erroneous charges during rentals.
Frequent discrepancies between available cars shown on the app and their actual availability at docking stations.

Recent reviews

Terrible experience. Very shady business practices. Decided to stop using after the 6 month subscription was over and they decided to renew another 6 months subscription without any form of notification, so now you're stuck with it with no way to terminate. Cars are badly maintained and always dirty. Customer service is also terrible. Email replies are very slow and they are not even helping to solve any issues. I highly encourage anyone reading this to avoid blueSG

The app no longer works. When I launch the app, nothing appears, the screen is black and virtually unresponsive. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, the same thing happens. Probably going to cancel my subscription. No point wasting $8/month on an app that no longer works.
