User Reviews

Overall sentiment is mixed. Rides are frequently described as quick, smooth, and pleasant, with some drivers safe and English-speaking. However, recurring issues include driver cancellations, intrusive ads/notifications, and unclear pickup locations due to map/address problems. App reliability and usability also vary, with loading problems and difficulty capturing screenshots. Some users note concerns about vehicle cleanliness and driver quality. A few compare price favorably against BE and Grab, suggesting room for improvement but potential value when fixed.

Pros

Positive ride quality repeatedly mentioned (quick, smooth, pleasant rides; some reviews note no smell).
Some reviews highlight safe drivers and English-speaking communication.
Perceived price competitiveness relative to competitors (lower cost than BE; not perceived as scams like Grab).
Overall good service reflected in multiple positive comments.

Cons

Frequent driver cancellations disrupt trips (mentioned by multiple users).
In-app advertisements and excessive notifications annoy users.
Pickup location/address/map clarity issues leading to missed or confusing pickups.
App reliability and usability problems (loading startup failures and difficulty taking screenshots).
Vehicle/driver quality concerns (car cleanliness/dirtiness and driver suitability).
