User Reviews

GreenGo is convenient and affordable with an electric, well-maintained fleet and good coverage. However, multiple reviews report stability issues (crashes during photo capture/closing rentals), frequent startup/login problems with activation delays, slow performance and flaky connectivity, and billing concerns (unexpected charges and coupon problems). The UI/UX is often described as clumsy. Overall, the service can be appealing when it works, but reliability issues significantly impact daily usability.

Pros

Very convenient and user-friendly app experience.
Affordable pricing and cheap rates.
Electric fleet with well-maintained cars.
Good coverage/availability in service areas (e.g., Budapest).

Cons

Frequent crashes during key actions, especially when taking photos or closing rentals.
Startup errors and login issues, with slow or delayed account activation and verification.
App is slow with intermittent connectivity and delays in loading maps and car lists.
Billing problems such as unexpected charges and coupon codes not honoured, plus prepaid charges.
Horrible UI/UX with clumsy performance and missing basic features like message grouping.

Egyre rosszabb szintű szolgáltatás, elérhető ügyfélszolgálat sincs... régebben volt és segítettek is, most e-mailre terelnek, amire csak napokkal később válaszolnak. Visszafelé fejlődésben otthon vannak.
