2026-07-26	Ák*****	i love grrrngo cars, but the app is terrible. i tried to open yhr car 7 times and it failed to open because of thr photo taking rhat crashes thr app and restarts it. it used to fail like 2 times when i try to close the car... now it breaks 7 times when opening.... very disappointed!

2026-07-01	Da*****	rendszeresen használom és nagyon jók a kis autók a városi közlekedésre, azonban nagyon frusztráló, hogy 10-ből 8-szor hibát dob ki amikor fotozom az autót. Ahogy olvasom nem csak nálam jelenik meg ez a probléma. Kéne kezdeni ezzel valamit vagy legalább egy opciót adni ahol az appon belül, pl a "költségeim" oldalon, kényelmesebben fel lehessen tölteni a képeket, mert nagyon rossz ez az emailezgetes az ügyfélszolgálattal. Egyébként nalam egy sima 5 csillag lenne ha nem lenne ez a probléma.

2026-06-09	Am*****	Közel 5 éve rendszeresen használom a GreenGo szolgáltatásait, ezért csalódott voltam az ügyfélszolgálat hozzáállása miatt. Természetesen a bírságokat ki kell fizetni, de más autómegosztó cégek, például a Wigo, akár egy napon belül részletfizetést is tudtak biztosítani. A GreenGo válaszának stílusa inkább egy „fizesd ki azonnal, különben…” hangnemet sugallt, ami szerintem nem ügyfélbarát.

2026-05-23	Be*****	Fotózás közben rendszeresen kidob, hiába van elég tárhelyem, nem fut semmi más és a cache-t is töröltem. Ez főleg lezárásnál zavaró, amikor ez pénzbe kerül nekem, mert meghosszabbodik a bérlés ideje.

2026-05-03	Gy*****	Kifejezetten rosszul összerakott alkalmazás. 10ből kb 4szer sikerül megcsinálnom a képeket, egyébként kifagy az app valami random hibával. Maga a szolgáltatás jó.

Automatikus és manuális kérés-újrapróbálás duplikációvédelemmel mindenképp kell. Ennek hiányában instabil a nyitási és zárási folyamat is. - A térkép adatrétege lassan tölt be és frissül. Amikor betölt, akkor is inkonzisztens.

So any time you use any codes check your bank statement if they actually honoured their word on their website or if they broke customer protection laws. edit: after contact with their representative it appears the issue isn't them charging/not charging, but rather potentially breaking customer protection laws while charging fees
