UPDATE: The app is now labeled "Retired" so downloaded new BAF app, I cannot get it to sync up with our Haiku Fan, although the app shows our fan in an illustration when you first open it up. I will continue using this app until newer app recognizes our fan. - 11/02/24 Very convenient at night when I have forgotten to turn off the fan before going upstairs. - 06/09/20

worked with tech support. Reboot and reinstall constantly. The constant loss of connection makes this something I can no longer recommend. Edit:Clients hate it. Avoid if you are a writing a spec for a smart home. EDIT1: was told the router was the problem, not the fans. Tested 3 different routers with no affect. (Spectrum, Google, and now Orbi) EDIT2: getting worse. App is rarely updated as Company doesnt care. EDIT: app is now as useless as the new one, which incompatible with some devices.
