absolutely unacceptable!! I have never experienced such poor service from a refurbished electronics company. I ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro 512GB and waited patiently for it to arrive then I received Pixel 10 Pro Fold a completely different phone. This wasn't a minor mistake like the wrong colour or storage. It was an entirely different device, showing that nobody even checked the order before shipping it. forgot the packaging! customer service and they offered 5% off end in 30 days 💩
