2026-08-19	Ma*****	I purchased a Samsung flip gone from back market and after a few months the screen just failed, it went blue n black and became unresponsive, so as it should have still been under warranty but after a few days they claimed that it had been dropped and wasn't covered, they also they also uploaded some pics with damage on the phone quit bad damage, this damage wasn't on the phone when I sent it back and it's not on the pics I sent them, absolute scamming company
