I’m very disappointed with Back Market. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 that was advertised as being in “Good” condition, but the phone arrived with several deep scratches and was in much worse condition than described. I left an honest review and uploaded photos showing the actual condition of the phone I received. The photos were directly related to my order and contained nothing inappropriate, personal, offensive, or unrelated. Back Market removed my review photos anyway. Customers should be allowed to share honest feedback and photos showing the actual condition of the products they receive. Removing legitimate evidence from a customer review makes the review system feel misleading and unfair. I hope Back Market reviews this issue and restores my photos. Customers deserve transparency when buying refurbished products.
