Unverified Merchants, and horrible customer support, how does somebody send me a MacBook without requiring a signature. Then when FedEx loses my package. BackMarket has no way to Guarantee me any reassurance. And then tells me I can’t get the Refund on my Express Shipping or Computer Until the package is Delivered. But it’s lost In Transit. And that makes no sense. I expressed shipped a computer because I had a bookings at the time was in 3 days from the time I ordered 2 Day Express Shipping nothing came, and I’m A DJ, They cost me Money. I’m looking by at the tracking it hasn’t been updated since the 25th of June. I ordered the computer the 24th and it was suppose to be here by the 26th. It not July 5th. NEVER AGAIN
