Inconvénients

Difficult to book appointments, often requiring long wait times.
Poor customer service with significant delays in response times and unmonitored help lines.
Frequent cancellations of appointments, often at the last minute.
Navigation issues within the app, making it challenging to find necessary features or information.
Overall decline in service quality since the transition from Babylon to eMed.

Since switching to eMed this once great service is now awful. The new booking system is terrible, making it much harder to get appointments, and by now giving an hour window for when the consultant may turn up you just have to sit and wait, if they even call at all. Mailboxes do not seem to be monitored so it is difficult to get any queries answered.

The new updates where you book appointments via the Web browser have totally ruined the experience. It is no longer health care when you cannot book an emergency or even a basic appointment. The new UI is an absolute mess. Well done for ruining what was once an excellent streamlined service. 👏 will be switching to a alternate service ASAP.
