Azeonics HRMS

Azeonics HRMS puts everything you do with your employer's HR in your pocket: clock in, apply for leave, see your payslips, claim expenses and approve your team's requests, in one app.

You sign in with the work account your organisation gives you. The app shows only what your employer has switched on for you.

EVERYDAY WORK
• Attendance: clock in and out (with your location when your organisation asks for it, or by tapping an NFC card), see your month, and ask for a correction when you forgot.
• Leave: see your balances, apply for leave and half days, choose optional holidays, withdraw a request, and ask to encash leave where your policy allows it.
• Shifts: see your roster and ask for a different shift.
• Tasks, announcements, policies and the helpbook, with a place to confirm that you have read what needs confirming.

PAY AND MONEY
• Payslips: open any month, with net amounts hidden until you tap the eye.
• IT declaration: submit and track your tax declaration.
• Expenses: raise claims with receipts (photo or PDF), book each line to a cost centre, and follow every claim from submitted to paid.
• Advances: ask for an expense advance, spend it against your claims, and see what you hold, what is waiting and what you will be paid. Claims say plainly whether they were met from your advance, part from it, or paid out.
• Loans, fee slips and benefits where your organisation offers them.

FOR MANAGERS AND APPROVERS
• One inbox for leave, expense, attendance-correction, hiring and other requests waiting on you.
• Approve a claim for part of what was asked, and say why.
• See your team's day at a glance.

PEOPLE AND CARE
• Directory, meeting rooms and visitor approvals.
• Goals, reviews, surveys, feedback and kudos.
• Raise a grievance or a POSH concern in confidence and follow where it stands.
• Refer a friend and see where the bonus stands.
• Ask HR or IT for help and rate how it was handled.

PRIVATE AND SECURE
• Every screen needs your work login, and clocking in can ask for your fingerprint or face on phones that have one.
• Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
• Notifications only for what concerns you: approvals, payslips, requests and announcements.
• Ask for a copy of your personal data, or its correction, from inside the app.

Azeonics HRMS is for employees of organisations that use the Azeonics HRMS platform. If you cannot sign in, ask your HR team for access.
