AionHRMS

Work made simpler with AionHRMS.

AionHRMS gives employees one place for everyday work tasks and gives managers what they need to keep their teams moving.

Attendance at the right workplace

Tap Punch now when you arrive and Check out when you leave. AionHRMS reads your location only at that moment, to confirm you are inside a workplace your employer has approved. It does not track your location in the background.

Your attendance, day by day

• See your month at a glance: days present, absences and late marks
• Machine missed your punch? Ask your manager to correct that day from the calendar

Leave without the paperwork

• See how much leave you have left this year
• Apply for leave and follow each request until it is decided
• Check your company's holidays
• Claim comp-off for extra days worked, where your company allows it

Payslips, documents and profile

• View your monthly payslip with earnings and deductions
• Keep documents such as Aadhaar, PAN and certificates in one place, visible only to you and your HR team
• Update your address, emergency contact and photo, and add family members for group health insurance

For managers

• See who is in, who is off today and what is waiting on you
• Follow your team's attendance day by day
• Approve or reject leave requests and attendance corrections; your team member is emailed the decision

For HR and administrators

The same app opens your company console: employees, attendance, leave, payroll and reports. Set up one workplace or many branches, each with its own radius. Punches from biometric machines, mobile geofence, manual entry and self check-in stay in one attendance register, with the source shown on every record.

Available features depend on how your employer has set up AionHRMS. An active company account and an employee login are required.
