Training Feel - Wellness and R

Training Feel is a comprehensive Chrome extension designed for athletes and coaches to monitor and manage training load and wellness effectively. Before each session, athletes complete a wellness questionnaire, then rate their session's perceived exertion using the Borg RPE scale. The app calculates the critical A-C Ratio automatically using session-RPE methodology combined with session duration.

Key features include user authentication, cloud database storage, robust team and athlete management, tracking of wellness variables (sleep, fatigue, stress), training session logging, and visual bar charts for insightful data representation. Users can filter data by date and export complete datasets and graphs to Excel for further analysis. Training Feel offers detailed insights on team metrics such as average weekly RPE, total load, monotony, and impact, enabling optimized training plans and injury prevention.
