Artificial Trainer

This application is used to build training programs in the gym.The user selects the type of workout, then a specially designed algorithm generates a training session.The program takes into account the intensity of the exercises performed, their specific impact on target muscle groups.The user has the ability to select (replace) an exercise if for some reason this particular exercise is not suitable for him.This allows for flexible, varied and effective workouts. All exercises available in the database have illustrations and a description of the execution technique.Inside the application there are links to telegram chats, where professional trainers can answer users' questions.The application supports two languages: English and Russian.
