Features & Capabilities

Most training apps ask you to sign in before they show you anything. LCore Track does the
opposite: open it, write down what you trained today, and the record starts from that moment.
Nothing leaves the device — there is no account, no cloud, no feed, no follower count.

The idea is simple. One session is data. Two hundred sessions are a story about how you train.
LCore Track keeps that story readable.

Log a session in seconds
Sport, duration, result, note — four fields and you are done. Entries stack up by day, so a
training week is one screen instead of a spreadsheet.

Goals you can actually finish
Pick a number worth chasing: 30 active days, 25 sessions, 5 different sports, 600 minutes.
Suggested targets are one tap away, and any custom goal counts itself up as you train.

A calendar that fills in
Every trained day is marked on the month grid. Tap a square to see the session behind it. The
monthly percentage answers the question most trackers avoid — how consistent were you, really.

Timeline of everything
First session, finished goals, cleared program stages, unlocked awards — one chronological line,
newest on top, so progress is something you can scroll through.

Six-week style programs
Four prepared routes: Active Start for the first month, Endurance Path for stamina, Sports
Explorer for variety, Morning Base for routine. Each breaks into stages you tick off yourself.

Awards that unlock quietly
Ten achievements tied to real numbers — First Activity, Active Week, Goal Completed, LCore
Explorer, 500 Minutes and others. No pop-ups begging for attention.

Levels from Starter to LCore Master
Sessions, goals, stages, notes and articles all feed XP. Thirty levels, each one earned by
training rather than by opening the app.

Reading that unlocks as you go
Short practical pieces on pacing, warm-ups, recovery, cross-training and habit building. New
articles open as your level climbs.

Notes for what numbers miss
A journal for how the session felt, what you plan to change, what looks different compared with
last month.

Your profile, offline
Activity level, favourite sports, completed goals and awards collected in one place — stored on
your phone and nowhere else.

Made for beginners logging week one, amateurs who want a record instead of a memory, and regular
trainers who prefer their progress structured.
