Training Diary

Training Diary is a straightforward log for the training you actually do. Open a session, add your exercises, record each set, time your workouts and rests.

What you can record
• Sessions by date, optionally named
• Your own list of exercises, searchable, in the order you do them
• Sets with reps or timed sets, and their weight or resistance
• Warm-up and cool-down sets
• Your custom list of elastic bands, by colour and resistance
• Rest time

Repeat what worked
Duplicate a previous session and it comes back complete, ready to log
against. Every exercise shows what you did last time — the sets and the
time — right beside what you are doing today.

A rest timer that keeps counting
Start the countdown and put your phone down. It keeps running while you
switch apps or lock the screen, and it alerts you at your device's alarm
volume when the rest is over.

Your training, on your device
Training Diary works offline. There is no account to create and nothing
to sign in to — open it and start logging. Your sessions stay on your
device, and you can export them to a file whenever you like, then restore
them just as easily. Because nothing is kept elsewhere, uninstalling the
app removes your history, so export first if you want to keep it.
