Bluetooth controls work great but the app crashes when you try and edit the scene colours. the Canadian email you give for complaints bounces back. Your app is awful and adjusting anything causes it to crash.

Used to work alright, but now the app crashes if I try to make a custom colour. Telling me to contact Broan for app support is ridiculous. The app crashes any time you try to add a custom colour. that doesn't require troubleshooting. it requires a bug fix.

One of the worst apps/devices I've ever used. Doesn't remember previous settings so you have to connect each time the power is on to get the light you want. Bluetooth doesn't keep a connection so it reconnects everytime you try and make a settings change or browse options. Super slow. You could fix this by adding an apply button for when the user actually wants to make a change.
