2026-08-08	Da*****	I'm extremely disappointed with this Company I prayed I would have a great experience with this app but today is shocking!! I placed and order of behalf of someone, the way I normally do! I don't know what happened on their end but I wasn seeing the process of the order in real time, nothing reflected in the app. But their beta Ai assistance saw that I placed the order, when I was connected to an Agent she's saying that my order was not not placed.... so they basically Took my $4,510 And no FOOD

2026-07-07	Ne*****	This company is the worst, the delivery guy was rude and impatient, the delivery took really long and then an item was missing from my order...I proceeded to contact 7krave via phone call I had to be waiting on the line forever and still did not get connected, I decided to request a call back and messaged them I got a response saying she would send out another bearer with the missing item...I kept checking up and she was lying that he was on his way..I did not receive my item nor a refund.
