I'm extremely disappointed with this Company I prayed I would have a great experience with this app but today is shocking!! I placed and order of behalf of someone, the way I normally do! I don't know what happened on their end but I wasn seeing the process of the order in real time, nothing reflected in the app. But their beta Ai assistance saw that I placed the order, when I was connected to an Agent she's saying that my order was not not placed.... so they basically Took my $4,510 And no FOOD
