They have improved a lot. Customer Support also improved significantly . I have deleted my 1 star review. but still Krave Mart owe me 250 Rs from my order in 2024. when I get my refund I will give 5 stars. can't find older orders.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This app will charge your credit card multiple times against the same order. No one responds on their customer support chat properly. If you book a compliant they will mark resolved the ticket without addressing or resolving the issue. They will cancel your order without refunding your payment if paid online. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE ON THIS APP AND CHECK YOUR ORDER PROPERLY BEFORE PAYING CASH!!!
