Representative example:
For a Gold Loan of INR 1,00,000 extended at an Annual Interest rate of 12% for a tenure of 6 months, then the overall interest payable will be INR 6,000 only

Interest Calculation Example:
If the Loan Amount is INR 100,000 and the Interest Rate is 12% Per Annum for a tenure of 6 months with zero processing fees then the overall interest payable is INR 6000 for 6 months (Customer pays simple interest of INR 1,000 every month for the next 6 months and the overall interest payable amounts to INR 6,000 with the APR of 12%). Customer repays total of INR 1,06,000 (Principal + Interest) for 6 months loan tenure. Customers have an option to pay the principal balance anytime during the 6 month’s tenure.
