Instead of browsing a website, the app gives users a fast, distraction free way to explore service offerings, understand pricing, arrange an office visit and get ready for a tender submission.

The application opens on a home screen that summarises the available services and gives a short overview of the organisation, so new users immediately understand what is on offer without wading through marketing copy. From there, a dedicated services screen lists every consulting offering with clear pricing shown in pounds, along with supporting details about scope and engagement models, so comparing options takes seconds rather than minutes.

A core feature of the app is its office visit scheduler. Users can pick a date and a specific time slot for an in person consultation directly on the device, with no account, sign up or personal contact information required. The calendar view realistically reflects demand: slots closer to the current date show more limited availability, while dates further out remain mostly open, giving a natural sense of how busy the office typically is. Once a slot is selected it is stored on the device, can be reviewed at any time, and can be cancelled instantly if plans change. An optional local reminder can be enabled so the device notifies the user shortly before the scheduled visit, without requiring any internet connection or external messaging service.

Beyond browsing and scheduling, the app includes two practical planning tools rarely found in a simple business app. A savings estimator lets users enter their current spend in a category and see an approximate potential saving range based on typical procurement efficiency gains, helping frame the value of a consultation before it even happens. A tender readiness checklist walks through the common documents, certifications and preparation steps needed before responding to a tender, letting users tick off items as they complete them and track their own readiness over time, with progress saved automatically on the device.

A contact and company information screen keeps every essential detail, including address, phone, email and opening hours, available offline in one place, along with a short profile of the organisation's accreditations and values.

The interface uses a clean, professional navy and gold design with smooth navigation between screens, a bottom navigation bar for quick switching between sections and a fully immersive layout that keeps the focus on the content. All scheduling, checklist and calculator data is stored locally on the device, so the app works reliably without requiring a constant network connection for its core planning features.
