Ouse TenderHub: Bid Tracker

Ouse TenderHub is a companion app for organisations working on public and private sector tenders in the United Kingdom. It brings the day to day tools a bidding team needs into a single, fast, fully offline mobile experience with no account and no sign up required.

The Home screen gives a quick overview of what a tender management partner offers, a rotating tender writing tip, and shortcuts to every part of the app, so returning users can jump straight to what they need.

The Services screen lists nine distinct tender support services, from opportunity search and bid or no bid qualification through proposal writing, framework applications, compliance review and post tender feedback. Every service card expands to show the full scope of work together with an indicative starting price in pounds sterling, making it easy to understand what a piece of work is likely to cost before requesting a quote.

The Readiness Checklist is an interactive tool that breaks the paperwork a buyer typically expects into five clear groups covering company information, financial and insurance documents, policies and compliance statements, track record evidence and core bid content. Each item can be ticked off as it is prepared, a progress bar shows overall readiness at a glance, and everything is saved directly on the device between sessions.

The Book a Visit screen lets a user reserve a slot for an in person consultation at the company office without typing in any personal contact details. Available half hour slots are shown for the next few working weeks, slots that are already busy are clearly marked, and a booked visit can be changed or cancelled at any time. When a visit is booked, the app can show a local reminder notification ahead of the appointment time.

The Contact screen brings together the office address, phone number, email address and opening hours, with one tap actions to call, email or open directions, alongside a short profile of the company and the values behind its work.

The interface uses a clean, calm colour palette, runs in a fully immersive full screen layout, and is built to be light on storage space and battery, with everything working instantly and without an internet connection.
