Qualis Care Hub: Consultancy

Qualis Care Hub is a companion app for booking and preparing for social care consultancy support, built around a clear, distraction free interface.

The Home screen gives a quick overview of the consultancy services on offer along with headline facts about the organisation, so returning users can jump straight to what they need without reading through long pages of text.

The Services screen lists every consultancy service line in detail, including the specific areas each service covers and indicative pricing shown in pounds sterling, so users can understand the likely cost of an engagement before getting in touch.

The Booking screen is the core tool in the app. Users can pick a date over the coming weeks and choose from the available office visit time slots for a consultation. The calendar reflects realistic availability, with time slots nearer to today shown as busier and slots further ahead shown as more open, similar to a real diary filling up. No personal contact information has to be entered to reserve a slot, and a confirmed booking can be viewed or cancelled at any time from the same screen. Once a visit is booked, the app schedules a local reminder notification roughly an hour beforehand, so the appointment is never missed, all without requiring an internet connection or any account sign in.

The Readiness screen offers an original self assessment tool covering the main themes reviewed during a quality or compliance audit. Users tick off statements grouped by category, watch a live readiness score build up, and receive a short written assessment of their current position. Progress is stored privately on the device and can be reset at any time.

The Contact screen brings together the office address with a direct link to maps, a tappable phone number, a tappable email address, opening hours, and social media links, alongside a short profile of the organisation and the values behind its work.

The interface uses a dark, modern colour palette with smooth gradients, rounded cards and clear typography throughout, and the app runs in a fully immersive full screen mode so the system status bar and navigation bar stay out of the way while still respecting the safe display area on modern devices.

Qualis Care Hub is built to be lightweight and fast, works entirely offline once installed, does not require a account, and does not collect or transmit any personal data from its scheduling or self assessment tools.
