MyQare is a care booking and coordination app. It helps families and clients arrange visits with caregivers, handle payments for booked services, and stay updated—from booking through the day of care.

What you can do:
• Sign in securely using your email and password or phone number with SMS verification.
• Book care with flexible options such as hourly, daily, or longer plans—depending on what your region and providers offer.
• Set the visit details including date, time window, number of people supported, and the service location you choose.
• Pay in the app for confirmed bookings using the integrated checkout, so you can complete payment without leaving MyQare.
• Message your assigned provider about practical visit details when chat is available for your booking.
• Track appointment status such as requests, confirmations, and visit-related updates so you know what happens next.
• Get notifications for important updates (you can control notification permissions in your device settings).

For caregivers and providers:
Providers can use MyQare to see relevant job and appointment information, update visit progress where the product supports it, and coordinate with the client through the same booking flow—reducing back-and-forth outside the app.

Location:
Location and address information are used to support booking, maps, and visit-related features. You choose or confirm the service location as part of arranging care; allow location access when the app asks if you use map-based selection.
