User feedback for Ameren Mobile is mixed. Positive notes mention ease of use, paying bills through the app, and outage text alerts. However, recurring issues significantly undermine usability: frequent session and login problems (auto-logout, immediate expiry, biometric/remember-me failures), PDF bill viewing failures (PDFs only opening in Google Drive and difficulties choosing the correct viewer), app crashes and unresponsiveness, and problems with the Speedpay/ACI payment integration, plus inability to view past bills in-app.

the user experience is garbage and does not remember log ins or biometric sign in like it says. they need to renovate the app to make it more easily guideable and have an option to explain what their graphics mean, it gets 3 stars for the convenience of being able to pay my bill online
