LOCK IN (uses the Android Accessibility API)
Ambolt includes Lock, an optional distraction blocker for your training session. Turn it on and Ambolt uses Android's AccessibilityService API for one job: detecting when a distracting app comes to the foreground mid-workout so it can bring you back to your session. You pick the apps it blocks. It runs only during a workout you started with Lock enabled. It never reads your screen content, never collects or transmits data through this service, and you can switch it off or revoke access in system settings at any time.

Fast, clean, and focused entirely on your training. It runs offline at the gym and syncs when you are back on.
