App kept loading to blank screen so I called and all they would tell me is my phone was running android 12. Kyocera less than 3 year old and they are claiming it's to outdated. I got a BRAND NEW Samsung. Not even two years old. APP won't load at all. Tech will only say your phone is to old. Brand new phone literally. No tech simply doesn't want to fix the issues . It's easier to pretend they don't exist

It would work fine for a while but after a few of their updates the app wouldn't either fully close all the way or open up fully, meaning I'd have re-login. Or for whatever reason I'd always get the error code when it comes to the part to check if your human on the cloudflare that's connected to the stcu login page. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, it would work for 2 logins and then repeat the error code and stop letting me in which is frustrating.
