Slow, clunky, glitchy, aggravating, and things randomly disappear... I got the app just so I could make a payment that I forgot to move money over for and the process made me want to pull my hair out. Kept having to refresh pages just so I could see the buttons I had to press. And after all that, the payment failed for no particular reason and the account I added to make the payment was removed as well! I Had to refresh the app a few times just just to try again...
