I love that STCU is a local credit union and with that comes lower interest rates blah blah blah. I’ve never missed a payment on a 34k vehicle… I have thousands of dollars inside my account. Trying to build credit I applied for a credit card and I’m only getting approved for 1/5th of the money I have inside my account. It’s almost like why do I trust them with my money if they can’t trust me with even 25% of the money I allow them to hold. Plus the solid payment history over the years of my loan. The APY on savings accounts are low. Can’t see pending direct deposits. Thinking of switching to chime 🤔

I preface this with the understanding that a lot of my money managing is created easier by the way my budget is set up, but! ; I was able to set up 3 separate checking accounts, each with scheduled deposits and withdrawals that I can manage right from the app! And I only had to pay a one time 10$ membership fee! This sets up my finances to provide for my family, save my money, ( and hide it from myself by not having access to too much of my savings unless it is an emergency ) and make sure I never have to worry about a subscription or payment coming back declined or over drafting my card! The moneys always there. No transferring. Just user friendly budgeting c: Only thing I would change is make it more personalizable - even slight settings can give the user more creative freedom. And make viewing the cards information easier, it’s really hard to access
