Serai

Serai replaces the WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and paper registers your hotel runs on today — with one connected platform your entire team will actually use.

Built for independent and boutique hotels, Serai brings six operational modules into a single mobile-first app:

• TASKS — Assign, track, and close operational work across housekeeping, front office, and maintenance, with recurring schedules and status updates.

• INVENTORY — Track consumables and stock levels by category, get low-stock alerts before you run out, and keep a full purchase/consumption history.

• ASSETS — Maintain an asset register with preventive maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and a full service history for every piece of equipment.

• LEADS — Manage enquiries end-to-end: call logs, follow-up reminders, WhatsApp templates, and a clear pipeline from first contact to booking.

• PRE-CHECK-IN — Send guests a link to complete check-in before they arrive, cutting front-desk wait times.

• ROOMS & RESERVATIONS — A live room board and reservation calendar your whole team can see, with check-in/check-out in a tap.

WhatsApp-first notifications mean your staff don't need to learn a new communication tool — task assignments, low-stock alerts, and guest replies show up where your team already looks.

Every hotel's data is kept completely separate and secure. Admins choose exactly which modules their team uses, so you only pay for and see what you need.

Serai is currently in early access — this Android app is part of a pilot rollout for invited hotel teams.
