2024-11-17	Sa*****	This app is the typical example of how irresponsible our government is! I have raised few complaints and nothing resolved but the government officials made status it as resolved. Looks like this app is made only to waste the time of citizens, to waste money of government and only to show off purpose.

2024-11-08	मु*****	Unable to record feedback and escalate the complaint. There is no way to express your grievances about this portal and application. The call centre number is never reachable and executives are mannerless. Once your complaint reaches Mantralay level....it is finally being closed without even addressing it by lazy officers and you can't keep it in force anymore..... In conclusion.. This system is being useless as previous. Shame on the Government. Stop this nonsense immediately and save our money.

( You select satisfied yes/no option , then write comment after that click on submit button it shows "something went wrong..." ) 2. Also on helpline giving reason they don't provide support for app and only support available for website. It's terrible, then why app is made.
