It serves as a single-window system where citizens can conveniently register, monitor, and track the status of their grievances from anywhere, at any time.

The portal empowers citizens to lodge complaints online through a user-friendly interface accessible via web and mobile devices. Each grievance is automatically categorized and routed to the relevant department or district office, ensuring that every issue reaches the appropriate authority without delay. Users can upload supporting documents, photographs and receive timely updates through SMS, email, or portal notifications.

To promote inclusivity and accessibility, the system supports multilingual usage, including Odia and English, enabling citizens from all regions and backgrounds to use the platform with ease.

For administrators and grievance officers, the portal offers a comprehensive back-office module that enables them to view, assign, escalate, and resolve complaints within defined service timelines.
