First, I have to mention that I began using Dynamic Runner because of an injury. I have never sustained an injury like that before. Aging is a concept I never considered. I'm now 44. The mobility routines have helped me increase my speed and power as a runner. I am now teaching my children how to include mobility into their training. Thank you Dynamic Runner. Second, the app is great if you want to use the app. App doesn't coordinate well with online usage. Pick one or the other. Stick with it.
