As a weekly golfer 🏌️‍♀️ I use dynamic golfers about 5 times a week and found nor only helps my flexibility but also you do feel a little more toned. I really like how the videos are 15 to 18 mins long. Otherwise I'd get bored.

For the most part the app is easy to use there are only a couple things that Ive disliked which is the auto resume follows another chapter i looked at instead of the one I use every day. As for results, Im sure its helped my back pain but i still have it. Im a 66 yr old female that walks 3 rounds a week. Im defianately stronger and better balance since I started the program. I am up to the advanced workouts now and feel like this is something I could sustain ongoing.
