Mobility segment lengths are great for fitting into different times of the day. Training program exports to Zwift would be a nice future feature.

2024-11-10	Ro*****	This is such a fantastic app and resource for cyclists. I use it regularly to ensure that I'm keeping all the right muscles and parts of my body in good shape for my bike rides. The exercises are just the right duration and are simple to follow. Definitely recommended!

2024-11-05	Da*****	This has been a fantastic app to help strengthen my core, back, shoulders and neck resulting in almost no pain now when I ride. The improvement has made cycling more enjoyable for me again, and that's down to Dynamic Cyclist. It's also great how accessible the team is and how responsive they are to suggestions and questions. As they grow I hope this continues. Would recommend to anyone coming back from an injury or looking to strengthen.

2024-08-30	Ch*****	Before using Dynamic cyclist i consistently had a nagging neck issue and lower back. After 3 weeks of using Dynamic Cyclist, both issues are gone! Daily stretching/mobility with strength training three times a week. I feel great!

2024-08-27	Pr*****	I love the routines and they've definitely helped with flexibility and injury prevention, but this app is really terrible. Why is it so slow? Why does it automatically mark routines complete half the time? If I mark something complete maybe it will actually register? Why does the home screen load with programs I've completed?
