App is a hit and miss. One of the previous versions used to work but ultimately ruined after update and stayed unfunctional for months. . Here, it's extremely inconvenient to have to input treatment country, claim currency and payment currency with every claim, specially when you have kids. Even with that, upload of attachments doesn't always work. Only reliable method to submit claims is via website, and there it requires much more info that the app!
